I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in the harbor. The service provided by the friendly staff was top-notch, making me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. The housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring that my room was always clean and well-maintained. I especially loved the amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities in the room, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. The hotel also had a beautiful terrace where I could relax and enjoy the stunning views of the harbor, creating a truly memorable experience.

The view from the room was great, overlooking the harbor. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options to choose from and was included in the rate. , the hotel is located close to the city center and the beach, making it easy to get around.

We stayed during Easter, and the hotel was very crowded. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and the service was slow and unfriendly.

This hotel is ideally located with plenty of restaurants in close proximity and a nice walk to the water front. It is also easy to find from the autobahn. the rooms are modern and comfortable with some nice views of the marina or harbour. the breakfast buffet is extensive and enjoyable.

The bar area lacks character and is not a place to relax.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect- close to the city center and the waterfront. Additionally, it was very near to the ferries, making it exceptionally convenient. The hotel facilities were great, and there was free parking around the building. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was exceptionally good. Lastly, we loved that the Seestern Fish restaurant was just a short walk away.

Hard to think of anything negative about this hotel and this city.

Great service from friendly staff. the breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. the hotel was located in the heart of the harbor, making it easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. the rooms were clean and comfortable and the bathroom had a heated floor, making it nice to step out of the shower onto a warm surface.

Although the surroundings were nice, the parking situation was difficult to navigate. It was a bit disappointing that the hotel did not have air conditioning in the rooms, especially during the warmer months.
